The most crucial component in Ferro Titanium manufacturing is the scrap being used whether low aluminum Titanium scrap or ultra low carbon Iron scrap. We use the latest sophisticated instruments for sorting & segregating the various scraps to be able to make the exact raw material recipes as per customer’s specifications.
Samples are taken for every batch of heat and sent to the laboratory. The chemical analysis of every heat confirms that the final product is as per the customer’s needs with absolutely zero scope of any error.
The final testing is done before dispatch of Ferro Titanium. We use the best in class Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer to check the quality and chemical specifications. We double check the results by performing volumetric analysis in our state of the art lab facility.
