The Ferro Alloys Division of M/s Bansal Brothers is fully equipped to manufacture 7400 Tons of Ferro Titanium per annum. The facility is spread over 2,80,000 square feet with about 85,000 Square feet dedicated to manufacturing, sizing & packing of only ferro titanium. The production department has 3 one MT capacity furnaces with dedicated team of 60 highly skilled people.
We have a special raw material yard of 1,50,000 square feet for unloading, sorting, processing & storing the myriad grades of Titanium scrap. The raw material is managed through in-house developed proprietary Titanium scrap management software.
Further, we have a dedicated semi automatic crushing & sorting department, which is well equipped to handle around 8500 Tons Ferro Titanium lumps per annum. We use automated sieving for sizing.
We have a dedicated laboratory for rigorous raw material testing based on which the raw material is properly sorted and segregated before the melt. We also conduct standard & in house mandated tests on the finished goods for quality control before dispatch. We have a process of continuous testing on a batch-wise basis.
